UI Path not able to communicate with saucelabs after 10mins. Emulator error!

Hello all,
I am getting this issue 10 mins (approx) after creating a mobile connection. I am using saucelabs to create emulator connections with below-mentioned properties:
automation name : XCUI Test
maxDuration : 10800
newCommandTimeout : 10800
idleTimeout : 10800
My requirement is to keep session active as my test cases my take upto 30 mins.
Even after using these properties, my emulator session becomes unresponsive after 10mins. Although the session keeps running on saucelabs and is accessible from saucelabs web application but mobile device manager screen doesn’t refresh and tap activities also don’t work.
Please help!!
