When I try to start any app(mobile app or web app) it is not open and throws the below error.
Error: Unexpected error. CCYAbuse - too many jobs.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?
I did check in the orchestrator, and there is no job running.

Note: I had started the AndroidMobileDevice but it did start and throw error as mention in the screenshots.
Hi! Is it a local device connection or a simulator provider? What simulator provider are you using, if this is the case?
I’m using a simulator. The provider is “Sauce lab”.
Can you share the details of the connection? I think the issue comes from SauceLabs, but we need the configurations in order to debug and find out what is the issue. Thank you!

I have tried connecting as mentioned in the course.
I worked once. but after that, I’m getting an error “Unexpected error. CCYAbuse - too many jobs”. The virtual device is still not connecting.

It seems that the error is generated by the Sauce Labs. Most probably you are using a free plan and you tried to run more jobs at the same time.
Check the below:
If the provided details didn’t help, try to reach the Sauce Labs support.
