UI path Executor stopped working

Hello,

We are enterprise user of UI path the version shared with our company is Ui path studio : 2018.3.2.

We have set up two Bot on VM machine.
While running the bot from the Bot tray menu, we faced error that Ui path “UIpath.executor has stopped working”.

  • Reduce the size of workflow
  • Publish Ur workflow again.
  • Restart the machine.

And try now.

If still Ur facing problem, try using another excel file. Excel might be corrupted.

If still Ur facing problem, goto manage package and reinstall Excel package.

@Vivek_Arunagiri Thanks you. we also raised it with their support, it is because of the Excel package. We changed as per their suggestion and degrade the excel package and republished it and it started working.
