Type Into activity in Global Exception Handler

I am Raj and I am new to RPA and at a Beginner Level. I was practicing Examples in Variables. I was trying to create Global Exception Handler and I followed the steps. I drag and dropped the Type Into activity into the Designer panel and when I clicked on “Indicate target on Screen” to select the notepad, i am getting the below error. Would you please help me whether I am wrong.

First use an Use Application/Browser activity (https://docs.uipath.com/activities/docs/n-application-card). Then, inside of it you can use your Type Into activity.
