I have created API token, added my username and server URL to JIRA scope but getting below error. Could you please help?

@PrankurJoshi Hi, When I try to retrieve comments and convert it to string value I receive atlassian.jira.comment as a result. Is it possible to get this comment as a string to paste it to excel file etc?
