Triggering process in specific day and timee

Hi I want my process to trigger on Monday (07) and frinday (19h)

Can any one help me on thisssssssss

Welcome to the community

for every monday at 7 - 0 0 7 ? * MON *

for every friday at 19 - 0 0 19 ? * FRI *

you need to create two trigger…single will not work

this helps for getting cron expression
