Triggering process in specific day and time

Hi I want my process to trigger on Monday wednesday and Friday

On specific time 8 pm and 6 hours next with 2 am , again next so total 4 times

Can any one help me on this

welcome to community
yes you can restrict your bot to run only on alternate days (Mon wed Friday) in orchestrator , by editing triggers (cron expression)
0 0 8,14,20,02 ? * MON,WED,FRI *
