Trigger Job Priority in Orchestrator

Hi everyone,

I would like to inquire on the Job Priority function under Triggers that is available in Orchestrator Cloud but is absent in our onsite Orchestrator as shown in the images below.
I’ve checked in UiPath’s documentation however theres’ no mention on this job priority feature.
May i know if this a new feature that’s only available in the later versions or limited to specific Orchestrator licenses?


I guess you people are using old version of Enterprise Orchestrator.

What versions of the on-prem installation of Orchestrator support the Job Priority?

The cloud has a faster release cycle. Generally the rule is: If you do not have a feature on the latest on-prem version (eg: 20.4) but the feature is already in cloud expect to get it in the next on-prem version (in our case 20.10).

I wanted to give an update in case someone wanted more info. We have now upgraded out orchestrator on-prem to the 2020.10 and we see the job priority now in the trigger page. This is a great feature for the unattended Bot as now we can priorities for triggers even if they trigger at the same time. By setting high the high goes first then the normal and then the low. Before we were always fighting to set different times so jobs would not go into pending and in some cases timeout after being in pending to long.
