Timeout issue when running from Orchestrator

I am getting the below error when running a job from orchestrator . It runs well from studio

RemoteException wrapping System.ArgumentException: The specified folder does not exist
at UiPath.Mail.Activities.GetMailActivity.EndExecute(AsyncCodeActivityContext context, IAsyncResult result)
at System.Activities.AsyncCodeActivity.System.Activities.IAsyncCodeActivity.FinishExecution(AsyncCodeActivityContext context, IAsyncResult result)
at System.Activities.AsyncCodeActivity.CompleteAsyncCodeActivityData.CompleteAsyncCodeActivityWorkItem.Execute(ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager bookmarkManager)

It means your Orchestrator and Studio are not at the same version.
Check the compatibility of Orchestrator and Studio. For more details -

hi , studio is on 2019.10.10 and orchestraator on 2019.10.15 . Both community versions. Would that be an issue

Okay. Are you accessing any folder in your workflow.
Make sure the folder is accessible even when you are running from Orchestrator.

Usually it is recommended to access the folders/files with in the project folder.
Please check.
