Time out integration service OpenAI

Hello,

I’m trying to add the OpenAI connector and connect to the service. When clicking ‘Connect to OpenAI’ it takes really long and after several minutes is says ‘connection timeout’ . I should be redirected to the openai website to enter the API key but nothing happens. Anyone else has the same problem?

It usually connects fast
Try to restart your machine and make sure you have good network

It should be working fine

ofcourse my connection is superfast and working fine. It is surely no connection problem at my side. Today i tried it again, but no response…

Yes it works. It seems that the popup was blocked by the popupblocker. thanks!
