Time Discrepancy Between Orchestrator Logs and Robot Execution

Dear UiPath Community,

I’m facing a puzzling time discrepancy between the execution time displayed in Orchestrator logs and the time captured by a robot.

Issue:

  • Orchestrator logs: Show the job starting at 11 AM.
  • Robot variable (Now.ToString): Records the time as 12 PM.

Additional Details:

  • I’ve confirmed that both the Orchestrator server and the VM running the robot are set to the same timezone.

Thank you Paul for the recommendation but if I’m writing this is because I couldn’t find a solution to my problem.

I have configurated the tenant orchestrator “UTC - 4:00 Santiago” same as in the VM and I am still experiencing the issue.
