Hi,
New to UI path, was following a UI path demo tutorial where connection to microsoft 365 is required to read from an excel spreadsheet.

got error message as :

The connection failed to create, please close this browser tab and try again.

using my personal microsoft account.
someone please guide me

@Radha_krishna

  1. go to integration services tab
  2. create connection for Microsoft 365 from there. if you have existing connection then try deleting and adding it again
  3. for excel connect Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive connector

Hi,
no active connections, i still see the same error.

@Radha_krishna,

With personal free account you can’t connect to microsoft 365.

You will require paid Microsoft 365 account for this.

You can use Microsoft 365 trial for learning purpose. It’s free for 30 days without any cost but will require a credit card
