Resolution when TestSet or Testcase execution goes into pending state.

Issue Description: When trying to run the test set or test case it goes into pending state.

Resolution:

  1. Check if Unattended Robot has been created or not. If not, enable / create Unattended Robot
  2. Make sure testing runtime is available and allocated to the Robot machine
  3. Check if the user has access to the folder. If not, add the user to the folder
  4. Check if the machine template used to connect the Robot is added to the folder otherwise add the machine template explicitly to the folder.
