Hey! I successfuly created and used a PDD template in task capture. However, I needed to use it in my assisted task mining project. I tried to export the .xaml from task mining and import it in task capture but it didn’t accepted the file format. Is there any way to create a PDD template for the task mining in Automation Cloud?

Ideally from cloud you can directly export as pdd as well instead of xaml…did you try that?

I already tried it, but what I was looking for was a way to create and use my own template of a PDD in task mining the same way that I can in task capture.
Currently, there is no way to export a PDD or xaml template from Task Mining I.e., so called as Unassisted Task mining in Automation Cloud
You can only get the trace diagram
It basically generates a list of repetitive tasks and their variations.
It has got only three options in unassisted task mining
Only assisted task mining I.e., task capture has the option to export in such way as PDD and xaml
Even sharing project doesn’t have that option check this out either

Hi Rita,
Assisted task mining allows you to record your actions/tasks and then generates a trace diagram accordingly. Once you’ve recorded your actions and analyzed the process map generated by task mining, you can export it multiple ways:
In this way, you can generate a PDD or .xaml.
