Taxonomy Manager not working

I’m following a tutorial to learn DU. When I open Taxonomy Manager, the form opens but then I can’t do anything. I can’t add a Group or a Document Type.

My Studio = 2024.10.6
DocumentUnderstanding.ML.Activities = 1.31.1
IntelligentOCR.Activities = 6.22.0

I have Community Edition of Orch. Are they connected and if so, how exactly?

Yes, I tried reinstalling the packages but the same thing happens.

Can someone help?

Hi @Terry_Marr try to downgrade package and try if you able to add in taxonomny

Here’s what I’ve tried:

  1. Reinstalled both packages - no change
  2. Upgraded my GRU driver & rebooted - now this happens when I open Taxonomy Mgr:

  1. Downgraded IntelligentOCR.Activities package to previous version - no change
  2. Upgraded to .NET SDK 8 - no change
  3. Upgraded IntelligentOCR.Activities package back to most recent

UPDATE: I rebooted again after all this and now it works. Not sure exactly which upgrade was responsible for all this. If anyone knows, putting it here might help the next person.
