when i tried to create new taxonomy in RE framework, Iam getting an error “Communication between UiPath Studio and the Taxonomy Manager ended unexpectedly”,
when i click the button on top am getting this and i couldn’t even open. what should I do? I need help.

Please downgrade the package of UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities. THis will help you load the Taxonamy Manager.

i tried after downgrading , still the same issue.

Hi @aiswarya_pa

Please downgrade the version of UiPath.IntelligentOCR.Activities package to 6.5.3 and click on Update and save. This should help you sort the error and open Taxonomy Manager.

How downgrading UiPath.IntelligentOcr package marked as a valid solution in every topics? We are talking about a UiPath package bug as it seems, it should be addressed as such by UiPath team instead of offering to downgrade.
by the way downgrading just causes other issues with the official Document understanding process template, so I don’t see how its a solution.

True, they need to fix it. But until they do, a workaround has been given.
