Tableau Activity Download Workbook

I have the Tableau Application scope set up and tested, I am trying to download a workbook from the server. After pasting the Site ID, there is a list of workbook IDs, but the one I am looking for is not included. I have checked that I do have permission to edit that workbook.

How can I retrieve all workbook IDs?

I have followed the steps in this post before, what I am confused about is that it is not showing all the workbook IDs associated with the site ID. Any idea how to show all of them?
