Table formatting in word document

Hi, i was wondering how i can use uipath to identify and select specific columns in tables in word document so that i can format (e.g. remove spaces, shift values to the right) of that selected column. For example selecting only the last 2 or 3 columns of a balance sheet.

You can extract the table from a word document using the marketplace activity:

Also, if that is a simple table and you don’t want to/can’t use a marketplace component then you can simply read the text in that and using string manipulation try to locate the table text, this can be done by having keyword that are above and below the table so that you can split it and get the table content as text. Then you Convert to datatable using a space as separator
