Hello, i am getting an error at the time of reading Outlook emails using “GetOutlookMailMessage” activity. The error message is : System exception at initialization: Specified cast is not valid. at Source: mscorlib. Can anyone please help me to resolve this error. Here, the variable type is System.Collections.Generic.List(System.Net.Mail.MailMessage).

In the properties panel, the ‘Top’ field should be a positive integer

Can you plz refer to the below post. Just try to restart the outlook and check whether you are able to get emails.

Hi Guys, Thought of sharing the solution if you come across this error. Today I was getting the “Specified cast is not valid.” error with Get Outlook Mail Activity. I restarted the outlook desktop app, restarted the system, upgraded and downgraded the Mail Activity, assigned Owner permission to the mailbox, nothing helped. But, when I was going through the mail folder, I found out 2 recalls email was lying there, after removing those emails bot was able to read all the emails without any issue…
