Starting to look at using the API to draw down runtimes etc using swagger

on the odata/jobs section (appears on many of them)

mandatoryPermissions
If in a cross-folder scenario, these represent the additional permissions
required in the folders the data is retrieved from; all permissions in this set must be met

and

atLeastOnePermissions
if in a cross-folder scenario, these represent the additional permissions
required in the folders the data is retrieved from; at least one permission in this set must be met

I am slightly stumped as to what needs to go in these?
