Suggestions that apply to my document

Hi everyone,

I’m a beginner in document understanding. I now want to try for the first time to work with my pdf files using document comprehension, I have read some documentation but still find it a bit complicated. If my pdf is a form and I need to extract the signatures inside for comparison as well as extracting the date, text information, what would you all suggest as my processing flow? Where should I start trying?
*some of the text are hand-writing

You have to start the Document understanding from Taxonomy manager.
Have to Install some packages like UiPath.IntelligentOCR.activities and UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.ML.activities.
