StudioX-How to convert a text file into CSV

Hi,
I have a text file with comma separated values. Got this after processing certain actions.
How to convert a text file into CSV using StudioX ?
Write CSV or Append CSV activities are asking for DataTable in the “Write From” field. What is ‘DataTable’ in this case ? It does not give option to browse and select the text file. Can somebody help ?

@Yoichi Thank you. This worked. How do you filter this csv file in StudioX based on a parameter say “Year” ? I’m using the ‘Filter’ activity but it’s not for CSV.
