I deployed an app in a folder. When i try to run the app, it is stuck in “Loading your app” and does not continue to open the app i created. I cleared cache chrome browser but still not loading. Anyone experienced the same thing? How did you fix it?
Follow this steps:
-Make sure that your application is configured correctly in Orchestrator, including the URL and any authentication settings if necessary.
-Check Orchestrator logs for any errors or issues related to your app. The logs can provide valuable information about what might be causing the problem.
-Ensure that your network and firewall settings do not block the communication between Orchestrator and the application.
-Sometimes, updating Orchestrator to the latest version can help resolve compatibility issues. If you’ve recently updated, consider restarting Orchestrator to apply changes.
-Apart from clearing the browser cache, you may want to clear cookies and site data as well, as sometimes this can affect how an application loads.
