Can't launch Apps

Hello, I am unable to load the Apps on this account. The online platform loads fine I have a working orchestrator tenant, and the rest of the cloud platform works perfectly. It’s only the Apps section that I can’t load, I’m met with an infinite loading screen.

Just to make sure it’s not something on my hardware, I tried making a new cloud account, and Apps works perfectly on that new account.
Why doesn’t it work on this one?
