Strategy for understanding various forms of excel

Hi all, I have a business problem and trying to assess from a UiPath perspective to solve. I receive various Excel documents that generally have the same underlying data. The issue is they are formatted in many different ways. I was hoping to use Document Understanding framework to evaluate various formats and standardize. This does not seem to be solution as the framework does not read excel. Can anyone suggest another form such as ML to evaluate the disparate docs and standardize the data for consumption?
