Start & Stop processing times for Queue Triggers

It would be beneficial to be able to define a start and stop processing time in the Queue triggers definition. We have systems that are offline between 6pm and 6am. Currently we are not able to limit the Queue trigger to a timeframe. We can do this with the Time trigger using the Cron expression.
