'Start free' option throws error

Current behavior: Error while starting

I have admin rights in this windows machine and though I am behind a proxy, the connection must go through like in other softwares in my machine. But it isnt.

Please help to get this working.

I went over a few forum topics and tried few resolutions stated there. There are no proxy env variables in my machine. Also I copied over the UIPath.settings properties file to both UIPath folders. etc. But nothing has resolved this issue yet.
