Start a process once a new package is published to the tenant

We are looking for a way to trigger a process to start when it detects a new package (or new version of an existing package) has been published to the tenant. I can’t seem to find any information on this, is it possible?

I dont think there is any trigger as such

may I know the use case please because this sounds little different

Do you want to trigger a process / upgrade to latest version in the process once a new version of package is uploaded??

We were brainstorming ideas for keeping an updated confluence document with the release notes of each package.

I want a trigger to launch process A when a new version of process B has been published.
