SQL query for Orchestrator database to get transaction item status

I am using Spotfire to create a visualization dashboards. Trying to create a dashboard with all successful and failed transactions for a process. Can someone please help me how to create it. I cannot find in which table the information resides. Is there any custom query i can run to check the transaction status.
Please help.

The suggestion is that you have to use Powershell, or build procedures into your SQL to get the information that you are looking for… Talking about Dashboards the suggestion is use Kibana to get the most familiar view with all the Uipath community
