Snipping toolが動作しません

PCのスクショの自動化を行いたいのですが、Snipping toolを使いました。
しかし、一回目のデバックは上手く動作するのですが二回目以降、以下のようなエラーメッセージが出ます。
「アプリケーションを使用: Snipping Tool: アプリケーションを開けません。
指定したファイル パス ‘C:\Windows\System32\snippingtool.exe’ は既存のファイルを参照していません。」
Snipping toolのセキュリティに問題があるのか分かりませんがどなたかわかる方、ご教授ください。

Is there a reason why you wouldn’t simply use the Take Screenshot activity?
