I believe this issue has do with the email you are trying to connect with, not UiPath.
What is your email? Do you have the proper documentation from it?
I am using thunderbird.
I just google it on how to use in SMTP
Are you following the settings?
It was working perfectly, now it is not. However I tried it in another system, it is working perfectly there also.

Just try restarting you machine and see if it works
