Use Case Description
In every household, the inventory management of kitchen groceries is an essential activity with time sensitivity. It involves multiple family members like home-makers who manages the kitchen and creates the list for items to buy, while another person in the family orders in various e-com sites based on the nature of the item and price deals. Amidst busy work schedules, the need for daily groceries with best price is the wish for every family to save time and money. With the help of robots and AI Center along with Document Understanding, this real-time use case can be automated. The solution involves Digitization & text extraction of items in scanned sticky notes through DU module. Post which the digitized & extracted information are classified as veggies, fruits, diaries, etc. through text classification algorithm. Finally, the robot workflow looks up the products in various e-commerce site to compare the price and place the order in cart for the user to finalize and confirm the order.
