Use Case Description

There are tons of applications for a single applied through different portals for different companies. In order to shortlist right candidate out of 100’s of resumes HR recruiters needs to spend lot of time while shortlisting for a single role. This will save lot time downloading and looking into each of the resumes applied for a role.
A candidate applies to a role on recruitment portal with resume , RPA bot that looks for the role and list of resumes applied to it , it then downloads all the resumes and fed into the document understanding bot in order to match the skills and responsibilities defined in the master template by the Hiring manager. if the resume contains those skills candidate’s resume will be forwarded to Hiring manager if not bot sends an email to candidate with the application status.
