Use Case Description

Talent Acquisition professionals in all companies go through a large volume of resumes on a regular basis.

Job applicants submit their CVs in no specific format, making it time-consuming for HR to assess job applicants as they spend time locating specific pieces of information from the resumes.

In addition, HR does not have a way to compare new applicants against past hired candidates. This would provide an additional data point for HR’s assessment of job applicants.

LLMs can be used to extract and summarise data from resumes. Embeddings models can be used to calculate the similarity to job descriptions and past hire profiles.
