SFTP - Upload Files

Has anyone else experiences this. The “upload files” activity related to SFTP, unexpectedly stopped working, after trouble shooting, I realized i had to replace "" with “/”
Ok, however this worked fine 1 week ago, and from my side I haven’t upgraded or changed anything.

The error I got was,
" Upload Files: One or more errors occurred. (Path “My_Folder\ABC-facturen\/” not found.)"

Hi @NiesonF ,
You can try with these steps:

  1. Use forward slashes (/) for all SFTP remote folder paths.
  2. Avoid mixing \ and / in the same path.
  3. Verify the remote directory exists and that the robot account has access.

Thanks

Yes, thanks Jasmin, I was able to solve it.
But i just found it weird that it happened in the first place, and worked perfectly fine a few days ago.

Hi @NiesonF ,
Welcome. If your doubt is solved you can mark it as solution.

Thanks

Hi @NiesonF This looks like a remote path formatting issue rather than the Upload Files activity itself.

For SFTP paths, use / instead of , for example:
My_Folder/ABC-facturen/

Also make sure the path is not being created using Path.Combine, because that can generate Windows-style \ separators. If the path is dynamic, build the SFTP path using /.

It may have worked earlier because the SFTP server/library was previously tolerating the backslash, but SFTP paths should normally use forward slashes. So I would keep / consistently for all remote paths to avoid this happening again.
