SetTransactionStatus - Application Exception - specify a postpone Date for Retried Queue item

The processing of a queue item failed with application exception; the queue has a retry option. We would like to influence the start time of the new queue item created by a new attribute PostponeDate within setTransactionStatus activity. The using of the postpone Activity would loose the exception information due to my analysis.
