ServiceNow Application Scope : mandatory to use an admin account?

Hi,
I try to run a simple GetRecords into a ServiceNow Application Scope.
When I use an admin account, it’s work very well but my Security Team asks me to avoid admin account. I tried with a “web_service_admin” account but I get the following error :
Get ServiceNow Record: BusinessActivityExecutionException: Error Code: [] Message: Id is null
Do you if it is mandatory to use an admin account with the activities for Service Now ?

It is not mandatory

Please check if required permissions are there to access the api call
