I wan to download attachment from service now incident.
I have integrated both via connector and able to create tickets get ticket details
But for attachment the required input parameter is attachment sys id
How to get value of attachment sysid as through incidents or get details blocked we are unable to get attachment system id details.
can you send some picture or more details on this ?
in snow right click on the record whose sys_id is required and then select the copy sys_id option from it and pass then same in the value !
