How can you schedule a bot to send and email weekly or monthly?

Once your workflow is developed and tested to send mails you can publish the workflow to the Orchestrator. If you do not have an orchestrator, you can use the community edition of the orchestrator to schedule the task.
To publish the workflow to orchestrator, use the publish option you have in studio and select publish to orchestrator.
In the orchestrator, there is an option for scheduling tasks. There you can schedule your workflow to run on any frequency you want…
