Hello guys,

I am trying to run an Orchestration Process but its giving me the following error:

Send Outlook Mail Message: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80080005 Server execution failed (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80080005 (CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE)).

I tryed it on my machine and it runs without failing, as well as on a non production environment. Although, running it in Orchestrator ( Production) it fails.

Does anyone have a hint?

Make sure your prod machine has the Outlook Account setup (had to add in automation for that). I think thatā€™s the same error I have seen but would verify that step first.

The strangest thing is that outlook and send mail activity are working fine in other processesā€¦
