Send outlook email with pdf attachments if file name matches with value in excel

Hi,

I have list of pdf’s in a folder and i want to attach them to outlook email but i want to attach only pdf that matches filename with the value that i am getting from a excel sheet

Hi Sathwik,

you can try like this,

  1. read the excel sheet
  2. use for each loop and use the datatable.select() to read the matching files.(you will get the results in form of list)
  3. and in outlook you can attach those.

Thanks for the reply do you have any example for this…I thing is i have lot of files in a folder…how do i pick the exact file which has same value from excel row and i am using send outlook with image activity
