Self Resolved:過去に作成したプロジェクトを開く方法

下記、xamlではなく、ホームー開くーProject.jsonから開くと問題なく開けることが分かりました。さすがUiPath、いつもながら難解な仕様ですね。。。

UiPath Studio 2023.6.1 Community Editionを利用中の初心者です。

いつも、Windowsプロジェクトを作成していますが、過去に作成したプロジェクトを開くと、まず、project.json is deniedが表示され、project.json を削除すると
次にdesign.json is deniedが表示され、design.json を削除すると、デザイナーパネルは開きますが、ワークフローは壊れています。
プロジェクトを開いた履歴を見ると、Windowsと表示されるため、Windowsレガシがどうかは分かりません。このプロジェクトを現在の環境で実行できないのでしょうか？

I see your picture has error .json denied
it’s similar
I want to ask if the failed open projects have the same current version?
it may be missing the necessary packages
