What version of UiPath Studio are you using?

Also can i see a screenshot of the screen right after indicating the element on the screen?

This looks like some sort of a web application to me… I wonder whether the application is capable of providing the selectors. I know of few which does not. May I know what type of an application is this?

You might need to consider of using different approaches of automating if that’s the case.

  1. Use of Computer Vision activities
  2. use Image based activities to find elements on screen.

CV would be the first option here, and all else fails, then the image activities…
