Selector is not working in Sap Business One application

The selector for a particular element like textbox is not working in “sap business one” application and we can able to get the values in the forms using screen scraping with native method scraping.

What exactly is the problem, please explain a bit more. Post some screenshots so that the problem can be understood better.
