Selecting check boxes based on data from an excel

Hello,
I am looking for help using the Check activity. I receive an excel every Monday. A couple of columns in the excel has multiple choice data in form of check boxes. So here is how it is in the excel. Opt1; Opt2 and so on.

This information needs to go to a sharepoint list. How do I do it? How do I tell UIPath which check box to selct in the share point new item entry which looks like this:

You need to use UiExplorer to find out more information about the check boxes. Use that information to determine which boxes to select.
