Select item not working for a website

Hi I am stuck with an issue

I have a prebuilt drop-down items but select item activity not working , what is an alternate option

Hi @Umesh98761

So some websites doesn’t support select item as you have experienced now

But an alternate I can suggest is

Use type into , properties : empty field enabled as true

So tht existing data will be cleared

Next have delay between keys for type into, such that it types exact option

Next use click activity and select option from drop-down

Make sure you go with reliable selector attributes
