Search documents(PDF or Excel 100+)for a keyword, then find out and send the documents by email

I’m a beginner with UiPath. I would like to develop a workflow as shown in the title above.

About the email, need to send an email to a specified email address at a specified time(For example, send an email to Amy@gmail.com on the 7th of every month).

Can anyone help or make a sample file？

From which you want to send an mail? Gmail or outlook?

About the scheduling of this process, you may publish it on Orchestrator and set a trigger to execute on the 7th of every month

But send email before, how to search documents(PDF or Excel 100+)for a keyword, then find out and attach relevant files to the email and type the content (eg. Hi Amy this is your…)
Can have another sample file?
