Scheduler with Community Edition

I have been having trouble getting the scheduler to work with the community edition of UiPath. Can automation tasks be scheduled with the community edition? The task only seems to run if I am logged in and the desktop is unlocked. Has anybody been able to get the scheduler to work correctly with the community edition even when a user is not actively logged in? The automation task is running on a PC that I connect to using Team Viewer. As long as I have TeamViewer open the task will run. Otherwise I get the desktop has been disconnected error after one or 2 steps of the task have been executed. I have tried with both options of the scheduler Run only when user is logged on and Run whether user is logged on or not.
Would appreciate any help anyone can provide on this.
