Scanned PDF Image SCraping

I have one pan card image which is in .pdf format PAN Card.pdf (96.6 KB)
, PAN Card.pdf (121.5 KB)
i want specific information from it like name or DOB etc.
Tried like read pdf with OCR select Particular Region then have take google OCR below it and display that in message box or in .txt file

text which come is not readable will share u screenshot of it.please help me to resolve the problem.i will send u my
pdf image as well kindly check and let me know the solution for it removed pdf for privacy of the user

Try Screen scrap after opening in a PDF viewer by selecting region.

yes i tried its works when image was clear & clean but my image is scanned Xerox image text is in scattered format as i told u above

so want proper text …i upload pan card pdf can u check and try… if u gt solution pls tell me.
