Save Mail to local folder which is Sent using Exchange Server

Hi Team,

When I enable “Save Copy”, I am able to make the sent mail visible in the “Sent Items”. I want to save this mail in the local drive for archival purpose . Any suggestions

Thanks for your information, I am able to save my mail using “Save Mail message” after that I am unable to open. When I try to open i am getting following error

Any idea why this issue coming up

After some trial and error, I found save as .eml, then we are able to open the file, prev i was using .msg
